Apologies if there is already a straightforward way of doing this, I'm pretty new to Cython. I'm converting an existing project to Hatch with this plugin, and this project uses Cython and the numpy.random library. I'm trying to add the npyrandom library to the dependencies (following the example in this Meson config), but having some issues. Is there a way to do this with the include_{custom} syntax?

This seems like it would be a pretty common use case, so if I can get this working I'd be happy to add an example to the documentation.
