I created this PowerShell Core script to take the manifest and then make folders for tags, correspondents and document types. Then under each of these for each instance of the metadata I created a folder with the name and under that made symlinks to the exported file. Makes it super easy to browse files across the network and view contents or grab all the files for a particular tag and zip or send them.

Thought I would share back.
