Table of content is not appearing

I assume novathesis.clc leads me something similier to novapdf.tempelate which contains table of contents too but i have not found it anywhere . am i doing something wrong

Do you have any compiling errors? Most probably yes! And the TOC (and other indexes and bibliography) may not show properly when there are compilation errors.

maybe there are some invisible errors but when i run my file everything is the way it should be except i see two blank pages at the top.

Then definitely you have a problem somewhere.

I suggest you start from a fresh copy of the template and confirm everything is all right. And then, step by step, add the stuff you already have. Be careful and pay attention to signals of a compilation error, because there must be some.

Ok , Iam going to follow the same however do you think deleting some files may cause this ? I remembered i deleted few files which were in another langauges beside English
