Change Index

Hi community,

I'm using the NOVA thesis template.
My professor wants me to take out some things from the index, such as the list of figures, the list of tables and the acronyms.

This means that the list of figures, the list of tables and the acronyms are supposed to print after the index, as it is in the template, but "List of figures", "List of tables" and "Acronyms" isn't supposed to print in the index. So the index would start, in my case, with the Introduction.

What your professor is asking goes against the typography rules.

If you are a student from NOVA FCT, tell your professor that what he is asking goes against the models/template from NOVA FCT and that he should check with the "Gabinete de Imagem" of NOVA FCT that it is ok to do that.

If you are a student from some other School, please contact the appropriate services (usually the Library) and check if they accept such a change in the document.

Afterwards, if you still want to change the Table of Contents (Index in english is something else), let me know.
