[BUG] - Memory leak in Cam1 #69

Describe the bug
When running in runCam1.sh mode, the system leaks memory and eventually crashes.

To Reproduce (if not obvious:)
Just start runCam1.sh and let it run. Monitor ps -ef to see the memory drop.
