I'm getting an intermittent error when using this task in my release pipeline which seems to have started yesterday.

Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 13.107.42.20:443

Is anyone else seeing this? I have also logged an issue on the Microsoft forums here: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/ETIMEDOUT-131074220:443---Our-service/10375744
