Crash when attempting to splice sample into 16ths

1. Drag dropped a sample phrase about 4 secs long
2. Aim to chop it into 16 pieces and drop them into 16 pads, using EDIT, SPLICE SOUND
3. When clicked SPLICE SOUND / DO IT ! was clicked, app Crashed.

I fail to reproduce the issue with those steps. Can you verify them? Probably there's something else that needs to be done first, before those steps cause a crash.

Best is if you manage to reproduce the issue without having restored an auto-saved state. You can do this by temporarily renaming your /Users/you/Documents/VMPC2000XL/AutoSave directory, for example to /Users/you/Documents/VMPC2000XL/AutoSave.bk.
