error in running run_12_merge_reference_secondary_slc step

Hi Everyone,

I am doing coregistered SLC stack creation for 106 sentinel-1 TOPS mode images using stackSentinel.py tool in ISCE with follwing command

stackSentinel.py -s /home/suhora/SARVEY/Tehri_DAM/Sentinel-1_Tehri_DAM -o /home/suhora/SARVEY/Tehri_DAM/Orbit/ -d /home/suhora/SARVEY/Tehri_DAM/DEM/area.dem.wgs84 -c 3 -b "30.08543603 30.66833668 78.10085109 78.85827289" -a /home/suhora/SARVEY/Tehri_DAM/auxFile -W slc -useGPU --num_proc4topo 6 --num_proc 6

I've successfully executed the first 11 run files but stucked in 12th run files executing with the error ValueError: /home/suhora/SARVEY/Tehri_DAM/runFiles/coreg_secondarys/20241216 has different number of bursts (3) than the reference (5)

Even though I got the following warning message in the 11th run file executing step
