[bug]: New Swipe-Widget prevents vertical scrolling

Describe the bug

With the new Swipe-Widget introduced in Version 2.10.4 navigation through the views by swiping horizontally was finally made possible. Unfortunately vertical scrolling seems to be not possible anymore once using this widget on a view.

To Reproduce

1. Create a view and add content exceeding the vertical size of the viewport, so the view needs to be scrolled vertically
2. Add Swipe-widget and assign both views
3. Switch to runtime. Navigation by swiping through views works, but vertically scrolling does not

Expected behavior

Swiping and vertical scrolling both work at the same time
