[bug]: Device manager error in gui

Describe the bug

Error in GUI appears when opening config with dm component.
Happens with 7.4.19, with 7.4.18 it is working normally.

To Reproduce

1. Go to instances
2. Open any adapter with DM component (like hm-rpc or net-tools)
3. If no device exists add one
4. See the error

Expected behavior

No error
