[bug]: During update process in expert mode via npm the update log is not fully shown at the end

Describe the bug

During update process in expert mode via npm the update log is not fully shown at the end. It looks like that the debug output is cleared during update process.

To Reproduce

1. activate expert mode
2. menu adapter -> github icon -> selcect npm install
3. e.g. install matter adapter. It is not adapter specific. The same behavior occurs e.g. with backitup adapter

Expected behavior

Full log of update process is visible
