Describe the bug

Non repository installations of an adaptr should be marked with the github symbol laft of the version number. This mark is present after installing an adapter fromgithub but it disappears as soon as an instance is created.

To Reproduce

  1. install an adapter from github (or npm)
  2. check that the GitHUb symbol is present left of the version number at the tile
  3. click to add an instance of the adapter
  4. close the config page wich eventually is displayed
  5. go back to adapter view (tile mode)
  6. now the GitHub symbol is no longer displayed

NOTE: I did not check the behavior at non-tile (table) mode. Please verify too.

Expected behavior

The GitHub symbol should be present all the time as long as a non repository Release is installed.
