dev-server 7.0.5 was buggy. So the npm tag 'latest' was reset to 7.0.3.
But dev-server continues to suggest an update to 7.0.5. Thereason for this is (or at least seems to be) that deev-server retrieves the newest release from jsDeliver (and not using npm rest api). Using jsDeliver should be fine too but pacakge specification should explizitly specify @latest in this case.
Eventually caching could cause still problems.
Please improve version retrieval and honor latest tag when suggesting an update.
