Each time you run the launcher on Windows, it extracts itself to a temporary folder before running.

The problem with this approach is that it slows down the launch process, and my firewall asks for permission to allow the connection every time.

As a workaround, I copied the files from the temporary folder to another permanent location and now run it from there.

Making it auto-update and installable is on the roadmap.
