[Feature Request] uv progress bar

When uv is downloading all 166 packages, it takes some time and there is no progress bar. The user may believe that the installation is stalled due to the lack of feedback.

Please enable the progress bar so that the user will sit still for the installer. As this is the default behavior, I reckon it's disabled due to the environment variable UV_NO_PROGRESS being set.

The issue is how data is streamed from the processes to UI, which currently is fairly simplistic.

To get the "full" output, we need to run the install processes in a PTY and emit the PYY output to an instance of xterm.js. It's on the todo list.
