Automate package_lock.json PR for sub-dependencies

frontend sub-dependencies patches are a pain in the ass in terms of manual management. We should add a github action that automatically merge them in develop

@mlodic can this be done? I mean: the sub-dependencies PRs are against the branch "main" and it requires always an approve to be merged I think this could be a limit to automate the management of them

@drosetti as we said, this can be addressed as silencing these sub dependencies in the dependabot.yml file

Also, we can set the dependabot to run once per month instead of once per week.
