This depends on google/go-github#3431 as the notification_setting field isn't currently returned from the API when a team is created with it specified.

Would love to see this! @stevehipwell do you have any info on next steps for this now that the PR you referenced above is merged?

@tj-smith47 I have a backlog of ten or so PRs here that have been waiting for months without review so I'm waiting for some sign of life from the maintainers before doing more PR work.
