When a user clicks the "single edit" action button for a related table row, a new tab is opened with the recordedit page showing. If the user successfully edits this row, the record page is updated.
On this recordedit page, there is another "action" that can be taken which is to Delete the record. If the user deletes the row instead of editing, the record page does NOT update to reflect that the row was deleted.
This is inconsistent for the delete action and should behave the same way as the successful edit case for a related table row.
