Currently, the viewer app shows an "Image information is missing" when we can't find any parameters that we can pass to the osd-viewer iframe. This could happen for different reasons and could depend on data availability or how the configuration is done.

To help debug the issues, we should summarize what exactly went wrong in the "details" of the error popup.
