At minimum, I miss having Ctrl+O for opening new notebooks. There's probably others.

According to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7295508/javascript-capture-browser-shortcuts-ctrlt-n-w/7296303 this is perfectly doable (with some reasonable sounding exceptions in Chrome).

Implemented in b33fea9

This will complicate #48 slightly, sice we have a more complex key system now.
