The bug

When uploading Foreground Backup, initially the Remainder starts from 30, when 1st file starts to upload it drops to 29 and stays there stuck while files keep uploading.

Probably duplicated on the server. Check App Settings > Advanced > Duplicated count in the "Clear duplicated" option

Thanks, unfortunately that did not work.

I cleared it in Advanced > Duplicated Assets. It cleared 2 files and the count in backup screen went to 31.
When uploading started again it went down to 29 and it is doing the same thing gets stuck there (while progress bar show that files are still uplodaing).

Sounds like a reverse proxy / CloudFlare issue. Can you try connecting to the local IP?
