Do we need to separate the actuall LS mail from a notification about the sent LS mail

Is this an "Also Notify" list of addresses, possibly pre-populated?

As I just mentioned in discussion point #23, maybe we don't need this and should rather point everybody in cc directly. Also when we have an approval step we can ensure everybody is cc'ed in that step and therefore know about it.

However, before we forget this idea completely, or also to figure out who should be cc in the approval step, maybe we need to actually make a list of who needs to be notified when and them check with those people.
