Proposed feature

After moving the repository to the new organization hyperledger-identus the following actions should be performed:

update the CODEOWNERS file with * @hy@hyperledger-identus/identus-maintainers
fix the links to the documentation and other repositories
fix the CI workflows
regenerate and publish the documentation to the GitHub pages
publish the packages
announce the changes in the Discord channel
