Why formating truncated item cause to appear truncated and truncated-modified item together?

In cmp setup I am using below truncating code, but as show in the figure, 3rd and 4th completion comming up. 3rd completion represents 30 char long word, and 4th completion represent trancated word with "..."

I am expecting to see only 4th option.
