I've tested it in detail, and it doesn't work with ordhook at all on the testnet

Marking as blocked. We need to work alongside the DevOps on this one so we can instantiate testnet ordhook pods with a bitcoin node we can use to test. Also, it looks like the ord project will start using testnet4 soon so we might need to discuss if we go with 4 instead of 3 on this.
