Remove ocaml-flake ?

The repo (9glenda/ocaml-flake) is gone, and this leads to downstream docs build to fail, e.g.:

cc @9glenda - is the repo publicly available elsewhere? Perhaps instead of removing we can just use the new URL.

though I haven't changed the installation instructions (if that's even appropriate for an unavailable project)

I'd like to point to a new location and un-archive the docs if possible.
