NodeJS 18 is reaching its EOL on April 30th 2025: https://nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases

The Nomad UI and associated build infrastructure should be updated to use a newer version of NodeJS. While v20 is the next step, any work will need to be repeated in a years time when 20 reaches EOL. Therefore, NodeJS 22 feels like the best choice.
