Hello!
I'm new to cs:go/valve/steam api, so I don't know how to do it.
I want, that the user will offer skins, I will get the cost of the items and add it to users balance. I already knwo how to add it to balance, but don't know how to create the offer and get the cost of items they sended to me. Thanks

You need to find api to get items prices or you can access steam market as web app to get prices. And use any php/nodejs trade offer lib.
