Where did you find that link?
Looking into thefap.net, it is clearly filled with malicious advertisements. However, while it is an ethically dubious and low-quality pornographic site, it does not seem to be malicious. For example, the content seems real and playable, albeit after clicking through 100 popups. I have not attempted to verify it's authenticity, though. Absent any evidence other than ESET's determination, I do not intend to block this website.
If more evidence comes to light, I am open to reconsidering this.
I have blocklisted a good number of malicious websites opened by it.

@iam-py-test thefap.net is copy of fapello.com but with harder advert JS and ESET does not like it.

Where did you find that link?

ESET does not like some stuff from site. Whitelist domain in ESET allow to visit, but scanner cut off some JS anyway. Cannot say what exactly was blocked.
