Lack of LoadGlobal Opcode despite documentation #484

Hi,
I've noticed that the FuzzIL LoadGlobal opcode is referenced in various places including the readme. But when I look into the opcodes definition it doesn't seem to be there. I was wondering if it has been superseded by LoadBuiltin. If so should I should update the documentation?

Thanks for filing this! We're currently redesigning this and also potentially dropping LoadBuiltin soon: #486. Probably best to wait with updating the documentation until after that is completed :)
