LiteRT supports Python versions: 3.9, 3.10, 3.11.

Given 3.12 was released back in October 2023, and 3.13 was released in October 2024, it'd be great to get support for these Python versions.

"Done" here would mean packages are published on PyPI for LiteRT supporting Python versions 3.12 and 3.13.

Related to

ai-edge-litert-nightly does have 3.12 wheels, so I think we really are simply waiting for a new stable release for 3.12 support

Tensorflow itself does not support 3.13 yet, so I expect that will be a while
