[BUG] Logout doesn't work when there are multiple open tabs #14

Describe the bug
GoatDB.logout() doesn't work when multiple tabs are open

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login
Open a second tab
Call db.lougout() from one of the tabs
Both tabs remain logged in

Expected behavior
Both tabs should be logged out

Additional context
This is a byproduct of the current OPFS implementation. Logout needs to be actively coordinated amongst different tabs
