Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Turn on "Show boosts in public timelines" option
2. Boost some unlisted posts
3. Show public feed while logged out
   ...

Expected behaviour

Only public boosts of public posts are shown

Actual behaviour

public boost of unlisted post are shown while logged out

Detailed description

While logged in, it is not shown. But while logged out, unlisted posts are shown in public timeline by public boosts
