NewTab Page Takes Too Long To Load

I ran Lighthouse Performance test on the newtab page.
The page takes around 10s to load.
It is really annoying since i just want to open a new tab, and quickly search what i want, but i also want to actually wait for the ADS to load so i can get the hearts.

One thing i noticed is that the ADS, are gotten from not only google but also different sources(now i don't actually know if that's needed, but on most sites i've only seen google ads).
