新功能描述

新功能：RawApp 新增 excludeVersionNames、 excludeVersionCodes，设置后可让该应用所有规则排除匹配某个版本号或版本代码

由于微信出现以下问题：AIsouler/GKD_subscription#716 ，我想把微信的所有规则都排除匹配某个版本，目前的方法是给所有规则都添加 excludeVersionNames 或 excludeVersionCodes ，这样比较繁琐，所以想要以上新功能
