Develop helpers to generate graphical representations of fabric based on wiring files and expose it in fabric cli and hhfab

Desired diagram backends would be:

HTML based on the NeXt UI framework
Mermaid.js graph that can be rendered in Markdown
Draw.io (diagrams.net)
dot format that can be rendered using Graphviz
