Entity - Title/Heading for SEO #1278

Look at how the entities show up in google. Modify where applicable:

  • Update the title to include something better than the "type" - maybe include version based on the type?
  • Venue: Location (city)
  • Band/dj: Genre?
  • Other: short description

Include the short description in the description? Determine if that info should always be in the description.

Look at if we have both lower and caps versions - remove them if needbe
