Problem with load balancers

Hello.
Has there been a recent change to OCI's load balancers? Whenever I attempt to start this module, the resources are created, and Terraform completes successfully, but both the load balancer and network load balancer are unable to connect to the backends. And of course k3s doesn't start, if I ssh into the server and journalctl it I get only cloud-init[1282]: wait for LB. main.tf and vars.tf are as vanilla as possible, no non-required parameters added.

Previously, I did not encounter this issue with this module.
