[Request] Add "Global" as an option for LinkIt fields

That way we can select a Global variable that contains a URL.

In my particular case I have an external signup_url Global variable defined which I'd like to be able to link to using LinkIt. Right now I have to use the "Custom URL" option and manually type in the URL, which is not ideal if it ever changes.
