Pilot Seats Move Erratically When Using Adjustment Switches

Describe the bug

• When moving the pilots seats using the adjustment controls they move in an erratic and unnatural way
• This is present in both the vertical and horizontal controls

Expected behavior

The seat should move in a natural way at a reasonable and realistic speed

Steps to reproduce

1. Power on the aircraft and establish power with APU/GPU
2. Move the pilots seats and observe the erratic behaviour

• This bug was not present in MSFS 2020 however I have not used this exact build in 2020, the latest build that I would have used would have been development (4k) early December.
