Dependents list pagination bug

Environment

• Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04
• Toolchain (compiler + version): not relevant, web interface
• Version or commit: whatever's actively running on flora.pm
• Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.264 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected Behaviour

Paging through a long list of dependent packages should work

Actual Behaviour

A page is displayed saying that page=2q=nothing (or etc. for page number) is invalid. Removing the q=nothing from the URL displays the requested results.

Instructions for reproduction

View the page for a package with many dependents, such as JuicyPixels. Click on "See all" under "Dependents", then click "Next".
