Search input box and frontpage

At the moment when i type something on the front page in the input box https://flora.pm/ when i type a letter. For example "m" i get search suggestions there that i never typed into this input box before but on other websites.

Only "megaparsec" i typed on this website. Firefox 123.0 (64-bit).

I prefer to see instant results. It's a nice-to-have though. For another website i used flexsearch and it works quite good https://github.com/nextapps-de/flexsearch

"Install Haskell" --> "Haskell" is not a program. Rename to "Get started with Haskell"

"Start with cabal" --> not sure why cabal is so prominent here and not stack. I never use cabal myself. I think beginners should start with stack because it makes things more easy. Intermediate/advanced will know where to find the cabal documentation. I don't see how this is related to package search in general. GHC and stack documentation are also relevant ... so is a bunch of tutorials and books and whatnot.

Discussed was that stack has less attention lately (for example it didn't get backpack support). And you can get LTS support by importing the relevant LTS cabal file straight into cabal https://cabal.readthedocs.io/en/stable/cabal-project.html#conditionals-and-imports

I will leave this point as for a beginner it's not the best/fastest way to get into haskell with a link to the cabal documentation. GHCUP has a "fast get started approach", on the package side it is currently not at the same convenience/speed and the cabal link doesn't change that.

"Search Haskell packages on Flora" i think this is underselling it. Prefer something like Flora -- what is it. Examples:

• Flora - a new way to search haskell packages
• Flora - a hackage frontend
• Flora - a unified search for haskell packages that search hackage and stackage
• Flora - your one stop shop for everything related to haskell packages

The "Search Haskell packages" is redundant because it's already the value help of the input box.

Would like some more "advertising" at the bottom like. Indexed XXXX packages from YYYY authors of ZZZZ compiler versions. or something like that.

More advertisement. https://flora.pm/about can go underneath the search box on the front page. I would make it like:

1. Title and subtitle (see 9)
2. enough whitespace
3. search box
4. enough whitespace
5. sections with benefits with icons
