"True North" shows as -1 when Compass Calibration is disabled #48

Describe the bug
For some users tapping on Heading or Compass to change from Magnetic North to True North produces a "-1" value instead

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Location Services -> (All the way at the bottom) System Services.
Toggle off "Compass Calibration"
Open TAK Tracker and toggle either field to be True North

Expected behavior
There's not much we can do other than alert the user that Compass Calibration is turned off
