Filament tabs issue - two tabs become active after state change

Problem:

When selecting type_id == Option 3 for the first time, Tab 3 hides correctly as expected. However, when changing the type_id again, both the first and the last tabs become active at the same time, and this behavior persists when switching between tabs. After the next change in type_id, everything works correctly.
