Neue Daten werden importiert, das Datum wird zunächst aber auf den aktuellen Zeitpunkt des Imports gesetzt, bevor das Finale Datum gesetzt wird.

Für die Simulation neuer Daten habe ich den Update Timestamp zurückgesetzt:
setreading uba .lastUpdate 1586649600
