Description: Creating a custom color map changes the default color map to "Autumn" rather than "Jet". Removing custom color maps returns "Jet" to the default color map.
Version: Dev Version 2.8.1.15524d958

To reproduce:

  1. Create custom color map.
  2. Restart FBS.
  3. Plot any variable.

Fixed issue with default color map being changed inadvertently (#122).
