proxy配置同步问题 #210

多个proxy，偶尔出现个别proxy有些api规则没同步到,报404, 重启该proxy或者修改一下API的配置就可以恢复。
使用docker部署，API规则200个。

@jond715 你的多个 proxy 是直接读的同一个 etcd 吗

etcd是一个三节点集群，每个proxy都配置了三个。
