Is it possible to setup a https port for the docker container ?

I would suggest you to set up a separate lightweight containerized reverse proxy web server (e.g. Nginx, Caddy, etc.). That way you can serve it to clients over HTTPS, but internally (the WoL webserver) will not need any change/native support of TLS.
