Hello there. I think it would be nice if we could set the profile picture for our bots. Right now this appears to be set by the LOGO_BYTES constant. We could allow users to specify their avatar URL such as mxc://matrix.ericgreer.info/CoijDmAlQcNJzwXVOnVhpLlK" if they know how to get it (you can from CURL).

Perhaps under the config as user.avatar_url?
