Description:

Rename the option "use_transparency" to just "transparency"; since it has been changed to be an enum instead of a boolean.

Additionally, the PR that did the refactoring on the image transparency did not update the documentation for onlineimage (which was also affected). Updated that as well.

Pull request in esphome with YAML changes (if applicable): esphome/esphome#
